Hi there, I'm Julie Jenkins! I have been in the Real Estate business for 15 years and have come to realize that we as REALTORS have so much in common. First and foremost, we genuinely like to help people. That's why we got in this business in the first place, right?! I don't know about you, but I also love to learn new things, use my creativity, and stand out amongst the crowd. I've found that even as a solo agent, I need a group to lean on, learn from, and build with. I created SOAR (Solo Agent Resource) as a place for REALTORS who want to grow their business through social media, collaboration and have some fun too! What is the commission split?

All agents at eXp are on 80/20 splits with a $16,000 cap. After you cap and go on to close 20 additional transactions you receive your entire cap back ($16,000) in stock!

What is the deal with the stock?

eXp is a publicly traded company, so like we tell our buyers, stop renting and BUY! Instead of being awarded silly glass trophies for your accomplishments, eXp rewards you in stock! Every year your first deal will be awarded with stock. Seasoned pro? Once you cap, if you do an additional 20 transactions, eXp will award you with your entire cap back in stock. Yes, that's $16,000 in stock.

How does the Revenue Share work?

Since you've established yourself as the expert using our social media training to attract clients, guess what happens? Other agents want to work with you. The best news? This requires no additional overhead or complicated team splits. Each agent is able to keep their own book of business and their own piece of the commission.

What kind of local support do you offer agents?

Each agent works under a local brokerage with local support staff. If you're a brand new agent, you'll also be assigned a mentor who is in your area to help you through your first 3 transactions.
